I have had a headache for over a month. It is unberable. My doctor has told me to take tylenol. I think I need a second opinion. I have a MRI schedualed for tuesday. All I want is for this pain to go away, I am dealing with everything else pretty well but it seems this headache is getting the best of me.

Oh, I am sorry that you are coping with headaches like this. I don't suffer from migraines so I can only imagine how miserable it is. Terri at Wind Lost talks about her ordeal with migraines from time to time. (You can find her blog on my sidebar.)
I want to encourage you to keep writing. Writing, even for yourself is wonderful. It takes awhile before the visitors and comments come. Sandi @ Holding Patterns wrote for months without having a visitor...she's one of the finest bloggers I know. Even Brin wrote for a long time before she received a comment.
If you do need comments, just get out to other people's blogs and visit so that they'll know that you are here. Otherwise, it's never wrong to use a blog as a journal. Never!
Do you know how I found my way back here? I rediscovered a very encouraging comment that you had made during my dad's illness. It made me want to find you again and see how things were going.
