I started this diet on May the 12th and today is the fouth day in, I have lost 5 lbs. I am pretty sure this is water weight. I have been eating different and drinking 4 bottles of water a day. I used to drink.....0....bottles of water a day. I am also keeping a journal that adds up my caloric intake as well as the other important stuff. I am hoping to lost at least 20 lbs by my birthday in July!
